How To Prevent A Cold
You may think that as soon as you hear others coughing, it's inevitable that you're next. But believe it or not, it's possible to get through the season without catching the cold that everybody is passing around. Here are some tips on what to do and what to avoid.
Regularly disinfect surfaces in your home and office – especially things like phones and doorknobs that many people touch.
Wash your hands often.
Keep your fingers away from your eyes and nose to help prevent the spread of germs.
Avoid close contact with people who have a cold, especially during the first few days their symptoms appear. This is when they are more likely to spread their germs.
