Shake well before use. Use enclosed dosage cup. If possible, dose by weight. Single dose may be repeated every 4 - 6 hours as needed. It is hazardous to exceed 5 doses per day unless advised by a doctor.

Acetaminophen, 160 mg Analgesic/Antipyretic	Headache, Fever, Aches, Pain and Sore Throat Pain
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide, 5 mg Cough Suppressant	Dry Cough
Chlorpheniramine maleate, 1 mg Antihistamine	Runny Nose and Sneezing

Acesulfame potassium, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, cellulose, citric acid, corn syrup, D&C red no. 33, FD&C red no. 40, flavour, glycerin, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, xanthan gum.

Keep out of the reach of children. May cause excitability especially in children. May make your child sleepy. Avoid activities requiring alertness. Talk to a doctor before use if your child:

• has chronic lung disease or a breathing problem (such as chronic bronchitis)
• has glaucoma, serious kidney or liver disease or an allergy to acetaminophen
• is on other medication.

If fever persists more than 3 days, condition does not improve within 5 days or new symptoms appear, talk to a doctor. If cough worsens, persists more than a week, tends to recur or is accompanied by high fever, rash, excessive mucus or persistent headache, talk to a doctor.

Store at room temperature, 15 - 30°C (59 - 86°F).
